Phone numbers
Your 1300 and local numbers. Each can carry its own call flow — pick the number on the Incoming call step.
Numbers listed here are labels only. To actually get a number, ask us for a new 1300 (connected the same day, subject to one being available) or port your existing one using the form below — porting takes 1–7 business days for a 1300, 5–14 for a straightforward local line, or 4–6 weeks if the local port is a complex one — your current provider has to approve it. A complex local port also costs more, and we will tell you which yours is before you commit. Ports running over December and January can take longer again, because carriers put embargoes on.

Move an existing number to hello247
Your provider will ask for all of this. Anything missing is the usual reason a port gets rejected.
Checking what this costs…
We will also need a copy of a recent bill (under 60 days old) and a signed port authority form. Email them to hello@hello247.com.au — we will show you here once we have them.
AI Web SEO
We read your website the way Google and AI assistants do, then tell you what is worth fixing. This checks your website, not your receptionist, and nothing on your site is changed.
